When do I get my photos back?
Your proofs will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours. Once you've chosen your favorites for editing, you will receive the edited photos within 7 days.
What if I need them by a certain day?
A rush fee can be applied and you will receive your photos by that day. Rush fees range from $25 - $50 depending on how soon you need them and how many photos you need.
How many edits do I get?
Depending on the package, you will receive between 3-10 edits. Check the pricing page and read the description. If you want more, they are available for a fee.
Do you travel?
Yes! If the location is outside of my 10 mile radius there is a $25 travel fee. If it is outside of Indiana it's a $50 fee (within the Midwest).
When do I choose a backdrop?
Preferably, you choose your backdrop prior to arrival. This allows us to start your session with fewer delays.
Colors Available: white, black, dark green, cocoa, baby blue, pink, red, mango, yellow, and orange.
How long are my photos available?
Photos remain in the link provided for 30 days. It is your responsibility to download your photos. I recommend downloading them to multiple locations, should something happen to the original location you downloaded them to. Uploading your photos after they have been removed incurs a $15 reupload fee.
